12 volt, 4500 mAH (4.5 amp-hour) Nickel Metal-Hydride (NiMH) Battery pack.

The total amp load from all lights is 2.47 amps.
Either headlight: 1.8 amp. (wired so only one can be on at a time)
Both LED taillights: 0.54 amp (wired so both must be on at once)
Amber Xenon Strobe: 0.15 amp
The 4.5 AH battery pack provides just under 2 hours operation with all lights on.
I plan to replace this pack with a larger capacity 9.0 AH pack to be made from ten 9000 mAH "D" cell NiMH batteries.
