IT'S FINISHED!

These photos are of a quick walk around the trailer. Today is first cook on the new smoker! It's been a long time coming but worth the effort and worth the wait. I feel like I oughta be passing out cigars!

At this point the project is officially completed and there will be no more project updates. There will be photos added to the home page later of the smoker in use at various cookoffs and events. It's been fun!
