The propane tank holddown has not yet been installed. The propane tank supplies LPG to two turkey fryers mounted to the rear of the trailer opposite the smoker.
The four vertical tubes welded to the trailer frame and visible behind the propane bottle are mounting brackets for a Brinkmann Professional model charcoal grill. The mounting frame for the smoker is visible to the right of the charcoal grill mounts.
It may be necessary to install a stainless steel heat reflector between the charcoal grill and propane tank. I will not know for certain until the rig is completed and I can fire up the grill and take temperature readings at the tank.
