From a pile of parts..............

This photo gallery will document the construction of my trailer-mounted barbeque smoker. I'll add photos and commentary as the work progresses over the next couple of months. The Autocad images above are concept drawings only. The actual smoker will vary in several details. Foremost is the overall size. The drawings show a 36" wide x 36" deep x 60" tall smoker with a 24" cube firebox. The actual unit is scaled down to 24" x 24" x 48" with a 20" cube firebox. Even at the 2/3 size reduction, it will still have over 2,800 sq inches of cooking shelves.
